Bethel #60 of Jackson, Missouri was instituted on January 11, 1970. The Bethel meets at Jackson Masonic Temple, 204 Sough High, Jackson, MO. Bethel Guardians of Bethel #60 have included: Marilyn Proffer, 1970-1972, Sylvia Gellately, 1972-1974, Jerri DeClue, 1974-1977, Betty Rampley, 1977-1980, Joyce Baker, 1980-1984, Betty Henry, 1984-1996, and Ruth Masterson, 1996-Present. Associate Bethel Guardians of Bethel #60 have included: Joe Masterson, 1970-1978, Wayne Pitman, 1/79-6/79, Joe Masterson, 1979-2003, and Stan Johnson, 2003-Present. Although Bethel #60 has had no elected Grand Bethel Officers, several members have served as appointed officers on the Grand level. In 2007, Stan Johnson was elected as Grand Outer Guard. At the present time, there are sixteen active members and seven active council members. The warm support among members and adults is a great asset of Bethel #60. Bethel #60 observed its 25'th anniversary during 1995. A summertime reunion of all present and past members, families, and friends celebrated the occasion.
